2- Trump Winery (Charlottesville, Virginia)
Trump grabbed the former “Kluge Estate” in Charlottesville, Virginia, after the previous owners lost it due to defaulting on loans. Trump didn’t hesitate to turn it into the Trump Winery, which is where the wines featured around the world in his properties are made. The estate covers 23,000 square feet of living space, which includes 45 rooms and a movie theater. The property is on a vast 2,000 acres of land, and comes with horse stables and a vineyard; neither of which you’ll find at the White House.
